Final images are delivered through our client portal. Once you place an order from us, there will automatically a client portal will automatically be opened. From there you can track and download your images once it's done.
Our standard payment terms are to pay 50% before the photoshoot and the rest 50% after the delivery. For new clients, we may require full payment before delivering the images based on some circumstances.
We store final images for 1 month after delivery. However, we recommend downloading and keeping a backup for your records.
Yes, we prioritize client confidentiality and comply with international data security laws to ensure your information is safe.
Well the transportation of the products is completely the responsibility of the clients. Please ensure the courier provides adequate insurance for your items since Product Photography Dhaka will not take responsibility for any kind of damage to the product during the photoshoot.
Yes, but cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period. Rescheduling can be arranged based on availability.
